[Docking Tower]

Amazing BGs man. I think...I think I'm starting to become a little jealous of your awesomeness and consistency XD. Aside from the ramblings of a lesser skilled painter, I have to say that the atmosphere is very enveloped. Everything feels nicely tucked in, your painting style demonstrates that well. The Impressionism is oozing from the horizon, and streaks into the cityscape. The only improving critique I have for this is maybe add in darker shades for the most foreground of objects. Great masterpiece as always!

Everything is there. Especially the design. Maybe it's me, but I think you can push the contrast on the figure a bit more. Front page material, congrats!

#Your Life, then proceeds with an endless sea of narcissistic hashtags. Almost as if he's missing a lower jaw because the text around him compensates for this new age American. He's clearly fused with the realm of technology– his hands, genitals, and head is morphed into Facebook likes, aimless arrows and cursors, and an overwhelming amount of information. It's a bit of a pretentious stretch, but this figure seems trapped inside the borders of this Newground page. Eerie. This is frontpage material, in my opinion. Your art always makes me think.

[Gateway]

Very, very atmospheric. The gateway design is simple, sleek, and definitely medieval/ ancient looking. I have but one important critique about this though: and that's the lighting. Moonlight is directional light, and should be hitting all surfaces and then bouncing a little more off of it, so we should be seeing all of the left side and right instead of complete darkness. Also, maybe the torch he's holding should be emitting a bit more light, to show off the inside of the gateway. The dark section towards the bottom is okay, I think. Otherwise you have a great scene! Let me know what you think of this criticism, maybe I'm just seeing things XD
